That means talking to the vegetable vendor on the corner, timing the morning traffic, checking which direction the breeze comes from in July. The stuff that doesn't show up in a brochure but makes a home feel right.
Every unit gets cross-ventilation and natural light. We don't compromise on this. Not for cost, not for density.
The price you see is the price you pay. We've never had a legal dispute with a homeowner. We'd like to keep it that way.
Two years of post-handover support. Because the relationship doesn't end at registration.
